Delivery and Returns


We aim to ship your order out on the same day or the following morning. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery. If you require next day delivery please contact us on 01392 758742 to arrange a delivery slot.


Standard Delivery Royal Mail Policy: 

It is standard Royal Mail policy to return packages to the local Royal Mail sorting office if the recipient is unable to sign for a delivery. If this is the case, you will receive a Royal Mail calling card with instructions on how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery. If you did not receive a calling card please contact us and our customer service team will do their best to help you. If your parcel is not collected or re-delivery arranged within 3 weeks Royal Mail will return the package to us. When we receive the parcel back at our warehouse we will be in contact to request confirmation on whether you would like the item resent or a refund issued. Please note, if you require a resend you may be expected to cover the return postage costs. All deliveries are sent on tracked service, your tracking number will be included in your dispatch email. We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, however if you wish to return any goods they must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The returned goods must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and labels attached and in their original packaging. All garments must be free of fragrance and cosmetic or other marks. For customers outside the UK we strongly advise that you return your item using a signed for delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for any returned goods lost in transit. Please allow up to 5 working days for damaged goods as they need to be inspected. We aim to dispatch exchanges within 48 hours of receiving them however this is subject to change during busy periods.
